If you want to turn off auto-renewal for your Xbox Game Pass subscription (or any other Xbox Series X or S service), you’ll need to do so through Microsoft’s website. You can also do this directly on your Xbox Series X or S.
When you navigate to the subscription settings on your Xbox Series X or S, the console will automatically open the Microsoft website in a web browser where you're already signed in with your account.
