When you’re not using the Pandora app, it can drain your smartphone’s battery and cause other apps on your device to run very slowly. Learn how to disable Pandora on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android so that your battery doesn’t drain by leaving Pandora running in the background.
You can close apps on Android from the Recent apps screen. On newer devices (Android 9 and later), swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open your running apps, find the Pandora app, and swipe it off the screen to close it.
On older Android devices, tap the menu button on your phone to view your running apps, find the Pandora app, and swipe it off the screen to close it.
To close apps on iPhones and other iOS devices, swipe up from the bottom of the screen, then swipe up on the Pandora app to close it.
