This article explains how to unlink your Epic Games account from a PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox console, and more. This process does not delete your Epic Games account or its associated Fortnite data, which will remain on Epic Games servers.

Unlinking an Epic Games account, which is the same as a Fortnite account, doesn’t actually happen from your video game console. Instead, you’ll need to log in to the Epic Games website on a computer or mobile device.

Open your preferred web browser on your computer and go to EpicGames.

Select Sign In in the top right corner and log into your Epic Games account.
