As a new Zenless Zone Zero player, you may be trying to find the banners for the game. In ZZZ, banners are called “Signal Searches” and come in three separate types that use two in-game items to pull Agents (companions) or W-Engines (weapons).

Signal Search is not available from the start of the game, in fact, the feature is completely blocked until you reach a certain point.
To unlock Signal Searches in Zenless Zone Zero, you'll need to complete the game's introduction, where you rescue Anby and Billy from the Hollow. You'll then need to perform the actions required to be introduced to the Inter-Knot.
At the Inter-Knot you will find your first commission, a mission you can do to get EXP and other items in Zenless Zone Zero. The commission is for General Chop, who runs the noodle shop. You will also get a commission for Suzie from the Gadget Shop.
