When jumping into a Super Mario Party Jamboree game, a great way to enhance the experience is to choose the board before you start playing. There are only a few boards available in the game when you start playing, and there are several that you'll need to unlock during your playthrough.
Super Mario Party Jamboree – Full Game Guide (All Boards)
The way you unlock the game boards in Super Mario Party Jamboree is exceptionally specific. Luckily, these unlock requirements aren’t too complicated. They’ll take a fair amount of time, meaning you and your friends will have to work through the game. Once you’ve gotten them all, you can dive into your newly unlocked board and play it. Here’s what you need to know about unlocking every Super Mario Party Jamboree game board.
How you unlock Super Mario Party Jamboree boards depends on the ranking system and how you work through those ranks. These are tied to the achievements you can earn in the game, which can be found in the Achievements menu. There are 31 pages of achievements to work through, which means you'll have to replay the game multiple times. You may want to do this though, as it takes effort to unlock several characters, such as Pauline and Ninji.
Some of these achievements are significantly easier than others. You can expect to unlock a handful of them each time you play through a Super Mario Party Jamboree game, but over time they become much more complicated. For example, you’ll need to duel other players at least three times, or unlock every boo on every board. How you go about this is completely transparent, but playing a handful of games with your friends or against the AI is an excellent way to get through a lot of them. Many of these achievements encourage you to focus on playing the game.
