Jayber is a utility-type DPS character and one of the many playable Descendants in The First Descendant. He is a very useful character with various ranged abilities, restorative skills, and weapons.

Here's how to unlock Jayber in The First Descendant.

There are two ways to unlock Jayber. You can either purchase him from the shop tab in the main menu for 600 Caliber, which is roughly $20, or you can craft him through research, which requires various research materials.

To craft Jayber, visit Magister Anais, southwest of Albion. Talk to her and the research menu will appear. Navigate to the Descendant section and select Jayber. This will show you all the materials you need to craft him. First, you’ll need to craft four main materials: Jayber Enhanced Cells, Jayber Stabilizer, Jayber Spiral Catalyst, and Jayber Code. You’ll need to craft each material separately, and they all require specific resources. You can only collect them from specific locations while playing certain missions.
