Santa Ladonna is a character shrouded in mystery and known for her contributions to anti-vampire weaponry. Naturally, we expect her to have some mean vampire-killing weapons up her sleeve. To unlock her, you’ll need to survive 20 minutes in the Laboratory. After surviving 20 minutes in the Laboratory, Santa Ladonna will be available for purchase. Head to the character select screen and purchase her for 4,995 gold.
