The Mech Abomination boss in Wuthering Waves is located in the Whining Aix's Mire region. You can only reach the Mech Abomination area once you have completed a specific quest in the main story questline,
The quest in question is Chapter 1, Act 5, where you have to find a way to turn on electricity. It takes you to the area where the Mech Abomination is located. After completing a small puzzle, you have to fight the Mech Abomination as a story quest before it unlocks regularly.
