You can research Ultimate Valby at Anais in Albion using the following materials: Ultimate Valby Enhanced Cells, Ultimate Valby Stabilizer, Ultimate Valby Spiral Catalyst, and Ultimate Valby Code. As always, the first three materials require you to craft them using a ton of resources and drops from Amorphous Materials.
With update 1.0.5, the Amorphous Materials mentioned in this guide have been updated to include Ultimate Valby materials. These are called Mutant AA materials, and they drop from the same locations as the originals. However, you cannot use the older versions to get Ultimate Valby drops.
