Your email signature sends a strong professional or promotional message. This is true for text, but images convey meaning faster and in a richer way. Of course, images can also be added just for fun.

In Outlook, adding an image or animation (such as an animated GIF) to your signature is as easy as adding a photo to an email.

In the Outlook Options dialog box, select Email.
