There are two ways to find a Digby Boy anomaly:
Once you have a Digby Boy, you will need to build an Isolated Securement Unit to house him. This structure is unlocked early in the game and requires resources such as 20x Metal Scrap, 15x Copper Ingots, and 10x Glass.
