Google Duo adds 'Family Mode'
However, with social distancing measures in place, Google will need to step up its game to compete with big names in the industry like Zoom and Microsoft Skype.
In the latest update, Google has introduced the ‘Family mode’ feature that lets you draw during a live video call, along with playing with masks and effects. You could use effects and masks, and the drawing feature before, but in family mode it’s more streamlined and definitely more fun. This feature is meant to bring families together under one single video calling app.
