Google Keyboard or Gboard is one of the most used virtual keyboards on the Google Play Store. Speech-to-text or Voice typing is essentially the opposite of text-to-speech (duh). The feature uses your microphone to record what you say and then converts it into text. Originally added as an accessibility option, the feature has become widespread and has found its way into virtual keyboards.

Speech to text allows you to use your keyboard hands-free without having to type anything! The option is available on quite a few keyboards, such as Samsung Keyboard, Gboard, and even the Google Search app.
