✅ How to Use ISBLANK Function in Excel 🔴

Copying and pasting that formula into the entire Needs Data Column will replace the cell with the next consecutive cell in the corresponding Data range. This will return a result of False in all rows that do contain data, and True in cells that do not, suggesting that data needs to be entered.
