Kindle Cloud Reader connects to your regular Amazon account. If you have an Amazon account, you don’t need to create a new account unless you want a separate account dedicated solely to buying and reading Kindle books.
To create a new Amazon account, go to Amazon.com. If you are coming from the desktop web, hover your cursor over the Account & Lists menu option in the upper right corner and select Start here under the yellow Sign-in button. Enter your information in the fields provided to create your account.
