Net User Command (Windows cmd)

net user [username [password | *] [/add] [options]] [/domain]] [username [/remove] [/domain]] [/help] [/?]

[1] Windows 98 and Windows 95 only support passwords of up to 14 characters in length. If you are creating an account that can be used from a computer running one of those versions of Windows, consider keeping the password length within the requirements for those operating systems.
