This article explains how to find downloads on your Android device using the Samsung My Files app. If you have a Galaxy 3 or higher, the app should be on your device, but it is also available on the Google Play Store.

Unless you’ve created a shortcut to the app on your home screen, the My Files app may be buried. First, check the Samsung folder, where other Samsung apps are located, like Messages and Phone.

If it’s not there, look elsewhere on the home screen, including other folders like Tools. You can also swipe up on the home screen to initiate a search; type My Files , then tap the icon to launch the app.

If you still can't find it, download Samsung My Files from the Play Store.
