If you know how to read command syntax, the syntax for tracert is quite simple:

tracert [-d] [-h MaxHops] [-w TimeOut] [-4] [-6] target [/?]

There are also other, less commonly used options for the tracert command, including [-j HostList], [-R], and [-S SourceAddress]. Use the Windows tracert command help switch for more information about these options.
