Not the best, but there when you need it

While it’s not the most powerful on the market, Windows 10 does have its own hidden video editor that gets the job done. It’s a feature of the Photos app, and is a holdover from the Story Remix app that Windows 10 launched with in 2017.

Windows 10 Video Editor works a bit like Windows Movie Maker. You can create your own home movies and slideshows or edit other movies you've already made, manually or automatically.
