This article explains how to check how long a PC has been running on Windows 10.

The easiest way to see how long your Windows 10 computer has been running is through Task Manager.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and select Task Manager.

Select the Performance tab. If you select CPU in the left navigation pane, you will see Uptime in the lower left corner of the CPU Specifications section.
