Experts say it’s a step in the right direction, especially since so many people rely on the service for work and online learning. But they’d also like to see Zoom go a step further.
“It's a start, but more needs to be done,” Sheri Byrne-Haber, accessibility architect at VMware, told Lifewire via email.
