The Huawei MediaPad M5 falls somewhere in the middle between small and cheap low-end tablets and larger and more expensive high-end tablets. While the MediaPad M5 has a smaller display than its 10-inch competitors, it maximizes its available screen space with minimal bezels, allowing for a slightly larger display than its 8-inch counterparts to fit into the same body.

With a sharp, colorful display and Harman Kardon-tuned stereo speakers, the MediaPad M5 lives up to its name, packing a solid multimedia experience into its compact frame. Of course, this price point does come with a few compromises, one of which is battery life.
