As promised by host Geoff Keighley, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle debuted at Gamescom Opening Live alongside a new trailer and its long-awaited release date. With the release date now revealed, players can also pre-order the game for Xbox Series X|S and PC in one of three different editions.
Gamescom Date Reveal Trailer – Indiana Jones and the Great Circle
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be released on Xbox Series X|S and PC on December 9, 2024. The highly anticipated 'Indy' game will also be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. In a surprise reveal, publisher Bethesda has revealed that the game will be released on PS5 in spring 2025.
In addition to the release date, the trailer gives a brief look at Indy's adventures as he attempts to find a connection between ancient cultures around the world, known as the Great Circle. Narrated by Indiana Jones actor Troy Baker, it shows off some of the characters, environments, and gameplay we can expect to see later this year.
