Meta announced new Stickers on Friday, created specifically for the company's Stories feature. They've added new Add Yours stickers, Frames stickers, and a new Reveal sticker that lets you show off hidden Stories.
How to use the 'Add Yours' sticker on Instagram
Additionally, you can create little cutouts of your favorite photo moments and turn them into stickers for Stories, too. This latter feature sounds a lot like a similar feature coming to iOS 17 in 2023.
The Add Yours sticker lets you share a song that fits the mood of your Story, so they can add their own music too. Just tap the sticker icon, then tap the “Add Yours Music” button, then hit the plus button to choose a song from Instagram’s music library. A small Add Yours button will also appear on your Story so your friends can do the same.
The Frames sticker turns any photo into a little Polaroid-style instant photo, complete with “shake to develop” fun. Choosing this option will open your photo gallery, allowing you to grab a single image to frame. You can add a caption, and Insta will include the date and time the photo was taken. Anyone viewing the story can then shake their phone to “develop” the image in the frame.
