The Valby Farm at the Vulgus Strategic Outpost in the fortress became one of the most popular farms in The First Descendant due to a bug, and it's likely to remain there for a while.

In a developer note on July 21, The First Descendant director Minseok Joo made a surprise announcement stating that there are no plans to nerf this farm. "We would like to inform you that we are preparing a patch without completely blocking the issue of The Fortress Outpost and allowing players to enjoy playing as before," the note read. "At the same time, we will update other farm locations to achieve the same efficiency as The Fortress Outpost."
The bug causes enemies to spawn infinitely at the Outpost in the Fortress, and Valby players can simply run laps on the water, collecting tons of gold, Kuiper shards, and loot. While we don’t know if this change will give every Outpost infinite enemies, players have praised the developer for the move. “Definitely a Chad move,” one player wrote in a Reddit thread on July 21. This also means that after the change goes live, you’ll finally be able to get the Amorphous Materials from the Fortress Outpost without annoying all the players who farm there.
According to the announcement, this change will be coming in Hotfix 1.0. 4, which is reportedly scheduled for release this week. Nexon hasn't provided a date for the update, but based on the game's patch cadence, we can expect 1.0. 4 to release on Thursday, July 25.
