The Memories feature in iOS Photos is a great way to remind yourself of the fun times and trips you had with your loved ones. But while it’s a great way to reminisce about those past moments, it can also bring back memories you might be trying to suppress. While you could previously ask the Photos app to show fewer Memories from an individual, you can now remove them from Memories and Group Photos entirely in iOS 15. Here’s how to do it.
How do I reset people suggestions in the Photos app on iPhone (iOS 15.1)?
Open the Photos app and tap “For You” at the bottom of the screen.
Long press on an image in a memory with that person and you'll get a menu with the following options. Tap and select 'Feature this person less'.
If there's a person in the photo, you can tap "Never Show This Person" to exclude that person from both Memories and group photos.
