“Borderline,” a detective series from Lionsgate Television, is coming to the Roku Channel for its U.S. premiere on September 1.

According to the series' official logline, "tough Northern Ireland Detective Philip Boyd teams up with his foul-mouthed Irish colleague, Detective Inspector Aoife Regan, and although neither is happy about the partnership, the two must put aside their personal and professional differences to solve the gruesome cases of victims along the border."

The cast includes Eoin Macken as Philip and Amy De Bhrun as Aoife. Lochlann O'Mearáin also plays a leading role.

“Borderline” is created by John Forte. Robert Quinn is the director, while Steve November and Mary Callery are executive producers. The series is produced by ShinAwiL and Further South Productions in association with Screen Ireland and Lionsgate Television. Lionsgate will distribute the series internationally. In the U.K. and Ireland, “Borderline” premieres on MGM+ on September 2.
