Should you trust the Dream Visitor or kill her in Baldur's Gate 3? By making different choices, you will unlock new cutscenes and dialogues that will help you understand the story better. And in this process, you want to select the most suitable choices. In this case, it is difficult to choose whether to support or kill the Dream Visitor. And that is why it is important that you know the consequences of each decision. Check out below whether the Dream Visitor is a good or bad character in BG3.
Kill the Dream Visitor or Side with Vlaakith in Baldur's Gate 3
After interacting with Queen Vlaakith in the Githyanki Creche, she will ask you to kill the Dream Visitor in the Astral Plane. From here, you can make three major choices that will have a big impact on your storyline. Firstly, you can decide to leave the Astral Plane through the portal and enter the Inquisitor's Chamber. However, by leaving the Astral Plane or Prism, you will lose Lae'Zel as a companion. This means that she will not appear in your camp and you cannot romance her. If you choose to stay in the Astral Plane, you will need to either trust or kill the Dream Visitor in Baldur's Gate 3 (BG3).
During your conversation with the Dream Visitor, she will be on her knees and ask you to kill her. If you choose to kill her, you will know that this was all a test, because she will heal herself. Dream Visitor will be extremely upset, which is not good for you. After all, she has been your protector since day 1 in Baldur's Gate 3.
In addition to the above, you can choose to side with the Dream Visitor and not kill her in BG3. But after you do that, you lose Lae'Zel, because trusting the Dream Visitor means disobeying her Queen Vlaakith. Now that you know the consequences of all your choices, what should you do? Should you trust the Dream Visitor? Or should you kill her in Baldur's Gate 3?
