Windows 11 has had a rocky start, but experts believe the operating system's first major release could bring about change.

The upcoming update, dubbed Windows 11 22H2, promises a number of changes to Redmond’s latest offering, such as the availability of Android apps for the desktop operating system, significant improvements to the user interface, and more.
“Microsoft has taken feedback from power users and adjusted the current Windows 11 to come up with a better stable version,” Gaurav Chandra, CTO, As You Are, told Lifewire via email. “This will definitely be a useful upgrade from Windows 10.”
A recent report from AdDuplex found that Windows 11 is now installed on 19.3% of computers. Meanwhile, Windows 10 21H1 has become the most popular version of Windows with a market share of 27.5%, while Windows 10 21H2, which was released barely a month after Windows 11, has a market share of 21%.
