Grainfruits are currently unavailable in-game, but you can obtain them from Natlan shops once version 5.0 is released. Meanwhile, cheese can be processed with milk, which can be purchased from general stores throughout Teyvat. If you use Kachina to cook Grainfruit Chips, there is a small chance that you will receive her special dish, Impeccably Organized.
