Using Lists in Contacts on Mac, iPhone, and iPad
To use tables and lists in messages created with Mac OS X Mail, do the following:
Create a new message in Apple Mail by clicking the New Message button, selecting New Message from the File menu, or by pressing Command+N on your keyboard.
Start TextEdit from the Programs folder.
