Get ready to explore even more of the Lego Fortnite lands with update v29.10: Mechanical Mayhem. This new free addition to the game includes three new car builds, each with its own style and method of locomotion, that allow players to zoom around the rather large Lego Fortnite map. If that's not enough, there's even a way to create custom vehicles.

Lego Fortnight has added a bunch of new fun things to do lately, with a few mini-games and a fishing feature topping the list. But now it's all about the cars.

The Speeder does exactly what it says on the tin, letting you race across the roads and wilderness of Lego Fortnite. You unlock the recipe for this single-seater by adding a new Power Cell to your inventory. Add some Flexwood to your backpack and you’ll unlock the multi-passenger Off Roader. It’s perfect for taking your whole crew along on your vehicular adventures. Got a ton of gear to carry? Try adding some Frostpine (usually found in the Frostlands biome) to your inventory and you’ll unlock the recipe for the Hauler.

Once unlocked, cars can be built from the regular build menu, just like any other prefab design. If you want to make a custom vehicle, however, you’ll need some toys. Just browse the vehicle parts in the Toys section of the build menu and equip a Power Center (like the engine), Power Cells (fuel for your adventures), wheels (they make it easier to go, go, go), and seats (especially a driver’s seat, of course).
