Thanks to the ongoing LEGO Fortnite x Star Wars collaboration, a host of intergalactic weapons and explosives like the Thermal Detonator have arrived on the island to help defeat the Empire.

Unlike your typical dynamites in LEGO Fortnite, the Thermal Detonator packs a heavier punch with a wider impact. You can use these explosives to destroy Imperial bases and blow up invading stormtroopers. Here's how to craft the Thermal Detonator in LEGO Fortnite.

To craft the Thermal Detonator, you’ll need to unlock the Star Wars-themed weapon recipe by obtaining Durasteel, which can be harvested from destroyed enemy starships and stormtroopers. You can then set up a Rebel Workbench and use two Durasteel and one Blast Core to craft a Thermal Detonator. Once you’ve crafted enough of them, you can use the Macrobinoculars to track red-colored locations on the map and attack Imperial bases to earn loot.

The Imperial bases will have a lot of stormtroopers guarding the location, so the Thermal Detonator will come in very handy. Just throw one on the ground and after two small beeps they will automatically detonate.
