LG STYLO 4 Review – Cheap Smartphones Go GOOD!
The LG Stylo 4 looks more than a little like Samsung’s flagship Galaxy Note series, both in terms of looks and the bundled stylus. For around a quarter of the price of the Note, you’re getting a phone that, at least at first glance, appears to offer many of the same features as its higher-end rivals. In testing, it proved to be a phone that punches above its weight, despite being on the older side.
The LG Stylo 4 looks as sleek and stylish as any other flagship phone on the market. It may not have curved edges, questionable notches, or an attempt at a bezel-less display, but it’s certainly not ugly or bulky. It’s a traditional design that works just fine for the average user.
While the screen seems to deflect fingerprints and smudges admirably, the back of the device is a different story. As soon as we removed the Stylo 4 from its plastic packaging, it was immediately coated in a layer of grime. Anything that comes near it seems to leave a mark, and when we tried to clean it with the included cloth, we were dismayed to find that it had left behind small scratches.
