With over 30 years of experience in information technology, Lisa has trained and instructed end users at all technical levels on a variety of technologies including cybersecurity, intrusion detection and remediation, iPhones, cord-cutting and streaming, consumer technology and many other topics. In each technical role, she has always been tasked with creating both technical documentation and how-to manuals for users.
