Now that you have a complete list of quests from the Last Epoch campaign, you can begin your journey at the Monoliths to grind for your end-game setup. If you are planning on skipping the campaign, I would strongly advise against doing so for your first character. You can, however, skip it for subsequent characters, assuming you have already collected enough gear to kickstart their stats.
