The fastest way I got to Church Cave was to spawn in the South 4 (Medium) Region and go east. Along the way I encountered Pulmonoscorpii, Arthropluerae, Tapejaras, and Mantises. The Pulmonoscropius dropped quickly after using the Electric Prod. At the same time, the Arthropluera was easy to avoid due to its slow speed.
