We purchased the Logitech Ultrathin Touch Mouse T630 so that our expert reviewer could thoroughly test and review it. Read on for our full product review.
For those constantly on the go, a portable mouse for a laptop or ultrabook is an essential tool. Those interested in going wireless may want to consider a new option: a Bluetooth mouse. The Logitech T630, released in 2013, is still relevant. Using Bluetooth technology, it combines this modern feature with a sleek design for a solid travel mouse. Read on for our thoughts on design, performance, and comfort.
This is probably one of the best-looking mice on the market. A sleek black design with a steel gray band running down the middle, the mouse looks like it came out of a sci-fi movie. It’s even thinner than some laptop models, including ours, at 5.4 x 1.7 x 4.1 inches (LxWxH). Small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, its slim design makes it great to throw in a laptop bag or even a pocket if you’re really in a hurry. Since it’s Bluetooth compatible, the bottom of the mouse has dual-channel capabilities, as well as a charging port and a power button.
Aside from the Bluetooth capability, one of the best features of the mouse is the lithium-ion battery that replaces the AA or AAA battery requirement. Our only complaint about the mouse’s design is that if your PC doesn’t have Bluetooth capabilities, the mouse won’t work. On the bright side, while most mice require you to sacrifice a USB port, this one leaves an extra USB port open for charging phones or adding other accessories.
