Faker’s controversial Hall of Legends Ahri skin is now available in League of Legends. Some players have undoubtedly already splashed out on the expensive skin and spent their hard-earned money representing Faker, but we doubt they’ve had a chance to use it yet.
Faker's $500 Skin is f@*king ridiculous
Ahri's ban rate in solo queue has skyrocketed since the Faker bundle dropped. At the time of writing, the champion has a ban rate as high as 16 percent in some ranks. According to League stats site LoLalytics, it has doubled and even tripled in some cases.
Those who have been following League over the past few weeks shouldn’t be surprised by this sudden increase in ban rate. League players were in an uproar after Riot Games announced the $450 price tag for Faker’s Hall of Legends bundle.
Faker was given a physical trophy for the Hall of Legends event. To make matters worse, he looked noticeably damaged, which angered League players even more.
