LoL Guessr is a variation of GeoGuessr, which presents players with a random geographic location in the world and asks them to identify the area based on visual clues in the image. If they can accurately guess the location, they receive a point, or they have to start over and try their luck elsewhere.
In LoL Guessr, the real world swaps with Summoner's Rift, and you have nothing but map obstacles, terrain, and small creatures to base your conclusions on. You must choose the spot on the map based on visual clues and lock on to reveal the answer.
Once your answer is locked in, you can see the image expand, giving you a better look at the location. You get a point if your guess is closer to the actual location. If your guess is far away, the score is reset and you have to start at the bottom to build up your high score.
