“I love helping people, I love seeing things click for people, I love seeing them grow, I love seeing them learn. That’s been around for as long as I can remember,” Rue said in a phone interview with Lifewire.
“It was a passion, but I never expected it to become something primary. I actually dreamed about it, but I never expected it to become a reality, especially not in this space.”
Rue has only recently seen success with their content on the platform, but their presence is far from new. This Twitch Partner started out as a League of Legends streamer in 2015, hoping to transform the community into something more representative.
