Gray Zone Warfare is seeing huge sales during its early access period, but developers MADFINGER Games have said that if the company actually does start selling cosmetic packs, the money will go to charity.

When asked by Insider Gaming's Grant Taylor-Hill about the possibility of selling cosmetics, MADFINGER's Director of Communications and PR Rick Lagnese said that all microtransactions in Gray Zone Warfare will be purely cosmetic and that proceeds will go to charity.
"We've said from the beginning that we're not going to do microtransactions in the way that you would normally look at them," Lagnese said. "If we do something with cosmetics, the boss wants 100 percent to be donated to charity. This is not going to be for profit for the company."
In response to those wondering how the game will continue to make money, Lagnese indicated that a pricing change – or more specifically, a price increase – could occur as the game gets closer to its full “1.0” release status.
