The King's Road is a good concept to keep in mind when playing Manor Lords, as it can expand your available trade. Without a connection to the King's Road, chances are you won't be able to trade to other regions.
How to set up trade routes in Manor Lords
You can find the King's Road when playing Manor Lords, and it appears all over the place. However, it's not immediately obvious what it is or how it works. However, there are some obvious ways to track it down, and easy ways to spot it. Fortunately, once you've connected to it once, you don't have to worry about trying to find it again during your current campaign.
The way to find the King's Road in your region is to find the large, continuous road that leads from your area to the other regions in Manor Lords.
You can do this by staying zoomed in and looking for it on the ground, looking for roads that you haven't created, or you can zoom out and find the lines on the map. The lines on your map that connect to other regions are considered the King's Road, and if you create a Trading Post, you'll need to connect that building to that road somehow in order to begin trading with other regions in your Manor Lords game. You'll always want to keep your Trading Post close to your Marketplace, especially if you want to extend its reach to your villagers.
