Marvel Rivals' closed alpha will feature 19 playable characters, but a datamine of the game's files has revealed that there's potentially many more in the pipeline. It's an exciting list.
Marvel Rivals Character Spotlight: Peni Parker
The list is comprised of a who's who of Marvel heroes and villains, including those from the Avengers, X-Men, and Fantastic Four, with some fun new additions deserving of their time in the spotlight, like Jeff the Baby Land Shark and Squirrel Girl, the leaks say.
One of Spider-Man's biggest villains (and sometimes allies), Venom, makes the list, as does the vampire slayer Blade, another version of Iron Fist, and Moon Knight, made famous by Oscar Isaac in the Disney Plus series.
The list also includes two new X-Men characters: Wolverine and Psylocke, all four members of the Fantastic Four, and Marvel regulars Captain America, Thor, Hawkeye and Black Widow.
