It turns out that a few on the Marvel roster stand above their peers, while others certainly fall short in their roles as the game continues to shape up in its early days. Here's our ranked tier list for Marvel Rivals, breaking the entire cast of characters down into our four-tier list from S-tier (powerful) to C-tier (needs a little help).
This ranking was last updated in late July 2024, shortly after the surprise addition of Thor and Jeff the Baby Shark.
Venom is currently the best hero in Marvel Rivals, and some would say it’s not even close. He’s easily the most mobile of the Vanguard tanks thanks to his Venom Swing and Alien Biology wall crawl, and can dish out some serious damage after climbing into enemies’ faces.
