The goal behind Marvel Snap's June 25 patch notes is to improve the wording on cards, which will in turn give devs the power to "lean in harder" on OTAs, according to Second Dinner. Devs picked a good time to adjust cards, as most players are finally enjoying the meta. Card text was adjusted on seven cards, ranging from Odin and Vormir to Aunt Mary's.
The word "activate" was replaced with "repeat" on Odin because it "does not clearly communicate Odin's exact function," according to Second Dinner. And several cards had "first" changed to "next" to improve and clarify play patterns.
