Marvel Snap's new Alliance feature has been in the works for a while. Last week, it finally launched, giving players a new grind to chase in the addictive card battler.

Like clans, Alliances support up to 30 players and have both individual and group goals with rewards at the end of each week. But for some of the game’s dedicated players, the grinding just “isn’t worth it.”

Players discussed the new feature in a Reddit thread on August 7, and many came to the same conclusion that the bounties offered in Snap's Alliances and the rewards you earn from them simply aren't worth it.

"I recently joined an Alliance and focused on completing bounties, but after discarding, moving specific cards, filling lanes, and completing eight cube bounties, I've only gotten rewards that I could have easily gotten by upgrading cards or just doing a single hard daily mission," the original poster said. "Couldn't they have made the first personal reward 100 boosters and the rest 100 credits or 50 gold or something more rewarding?"
