With her casual style and culturally specific braggadocio, she challenges what it means to be a successful streamer. As a mother and wife, she doesn't quite fit the standard (early 20s, single) image of what a video game streamer should be.
The 34-year-old Texas native hasn’t spent her life sweating it out in gaming lobbies, either. Instead, she’s a typical mom of twins who stumbled upon the hobby and discovered she had more than a talent for it.
"I knew absolutely nothing about streaming: Never seen it, nothing. I was just a working mom and wife," she told Lifewire in a phone interview. "Streaming was not planned at all. It just happened. I always had this [trash] talking personality and my gaming friends were telling me to go live. I was confused at first, but people kept coming in and within four months I got a partner on Mixer."
