Microsoft Access Reports visualize data for presentations, printable formats, management reports, or simple summaries of what the tables in your database represent. The Report Wizard helps you quickly create a basic report.

The Access Report Wizard lets you choose which fields appear in your report, how data is grouped or sorted, and more.

Open the database and go to the Create tab.

Select Report Wizard from the Reports group.
