A product that's over a decade old usually doesn't last long, but that's not necessarily the case with Microsoft's Flight Simulator X. Originally released in 2006, Flight Simulator X was the pinnacle of flight sim software, featuring tons of content, interesting new integration with real-world weather and locations, and some of the most realistic immersion available. Thirteen years later, the game remains one of the most-played flight simulators around and continues to receive support despite the original studio shutting down.
